CAD Drafter
Duties Include:
- Design components, systems, and equipment (mechanical or electrical) using 2D/3D modeling CAD software
- Create drawings of parts and assemblies
- With guidance, select hardware and other standard components for new designs.
- Assign tolerance of specific parts per prescribed standards
- Participate in design review as necessary
- Generate control panel layout drawings for existing and new projects
- Work closely with team of engineers, sales engineers and control panel builders
- Perform routine to moderately complex drafting
- Produce accurate drawings in accordance with customer specs, industry standards and /or established practices and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associates degree in Mechanical Design (CAD/Pro-E) or 2 years of 2D/3D solid modeling experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- 3+ Years experience in UL Motor Control Panel Shop is a plus
- Ability to read electrical schematics is a plus
- Strong technical proficiency and creative skills
- Able to meet challenging deadlines while producing a quality product

Electrical Engineer Intern
We offer a three-month paid internship program in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Design for individuals seeking careers in electrical engineering and/or pursuing electrical degrees. This is a part-time internship with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

Electrical Engineer
Duties:
- Work with team to plan and design electrical control panels and systems
- Develop and test PLC and HMI programs
- Develop applications of controls, instruments, and systems
- Develop electrical schematics
- Interpret custom control quote requests
- Design control panels to meet the quote requests
- Support the control panel production team and field startup technicians
- Work closely with sales quote team and panel design team
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent job experience
- PLC and PAC programming experience - ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams
- Communication protocol experience
- Advanced controls system integrator experience
- Experience in the water and wastewater industry (preferred)
- 3+ Years UL 508A Motor Control Panel Shop Experience (preferred)

Assembler
We are seeking experienced electrical control panel assembly technicians who have the ability to read electrical schematics and wire electrical control panel or sub-assemblies. This is a full-time position with long-term opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Experience building electrical control panels
- Experience reading schematics
- Experience with drills, hole punching, torque tools, drilling, tapping, etc.
- Must be able to use basic electrical hand tools (cutting, crimping, and stripping)
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs
- Ability to stand or sit for long durations
- Ability to work on repetitive and non-repetitive tasks
Production Specialist I
Duties:
- Maintain organization of work station and area
- Work with the control panel build team
