Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Specialist
Duties Include:
- Perform regular data entry
- Count essential inventory parts weekly
- Sign for incoming deliveries
- Assess items for damage
- Audit packing slips for accuracy and submit to accounting
- Enter item receipts into software system
- Check parts in/out of inventory and assist with overall inventory management
- Identify problems and offer solutions
- Stocking shelves (may include lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Complete Training of Products and Policies
- Contribute to team effort
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associates degree in Inventory Control/Accounting a plus
- 3+ Years experience in inventory role is a plus, fishbowl inventory software experience a plus
- Able to meet challenging deadlines
- Strong desire to represent the best interests of the company at all times
- Strong inter-office communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proficient computer system skills (Windows OS), Microsoft Office Suite / Google Docs/Sheets

Custom Electrical Control Panel Builder
Full-time motor controls panel shop custom control builder. This is a long-term position with opportunity for growth.
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Duties:
- Custom control panel layout and design
- Perform essential wiring of motor control panel units
- Test control panels and assemblies
- Maintain organization of work station and area
- Adhere to safety standards of facility
- Identify problems and offer solutions
- Operate drill press and hand tools
- Complete Training of Products and Policies
- Contribute to team effort
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UL Motor Control Panel Shop and control panel wiring experience, Start-up experience
- Associates degree or greater in Electrical Engineering a plus
- Must be able to use basic electrical hand tools (cutting, crimping, and stripping); experience wiring control panels and reading schematics is required
- Experience with wire-to-wire processing (point-to-point)
- Able to read schematics
- Knowledge of Electrical Components (PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives, etc.) and Industry Vendors
- Knowledge of UL508A and UL698A Standards is a must
