What is the Float Pro® Control Switch?

The Float Pro® is a narrow angle or wide angle control switch that is utilized to monitor liquid levels in wastewater and sewage applications.

- Simple installation/Mounting hardware included
- Maximum water depth: 30’ (9 meters), 13 PSI (90 kPa)
- Temperature Rating: Up to 140°F (60°C)
- Electrical Rating: 5 amps; 125VAC/250VAC, 50/60 Hz
- UL listed

- Avoid overflow or dry-run conditions
- Automate pump control or alarm systems
- Maintain consistent fluid levels
Float Styles:
- Normally Open or Normally Closed
- Narrow Angle or Wide Angle
- 20’, 30’, 50’, or 100’ cord lengths

- Effluent
- Sewage
- Dewatering
- Storage tank
How It Works
- The float rises and falls with the fluid.
- At the preset threshold, the movement activates the switch (open or closed).
- That switch will then start/stop a pump, send an alert, or trigger another control point.

- Float movement blocked by debris or buildup
- Incorrect material causing corrosion
- Damaged float or shaft
- Wiring or switch misconfiguration
