The Oil Smart® OSS-100 is our most popular plug-and-play system for elevator sumps, transformer containment areas, and other oil-sensitive applications. Designed for fast installation in the field, the OSS-100 combines Oil Smart® pump switch and alarm into one simple package that works with a manual sump pump.

Operation on 120V and rated for 16 FLA, the OSS-100 gives contractors a dependable, easy-to-wire solution without the need for a full control panel.

OSSIM-30 Single Phase Simplex Panel

More control, more flexibility, same Oil Smart® protection

The Oil Smart® OSSIM-30 is a single-phase simplex control panel designed for applications that require more flexibility than a plug-and-play system. In addition to Oil Smart® pump control and alarm protection, the OSSIM-30 provides a complete enclosed panel with status indication and outdoor-rated construction.

The panel supports 120/208/240V single-phase power, is rated for 16 FLA, and is built in a Type 4X enclosure for indoor and outdoor installation.

Operation on 120V and rated for 16 FLA, the OSS-100 gives contractors a dependable, easy-to-wire solution without the need for a full control panel.

Three Phase Duplex Panels – OSSIM-TP-300X & OSD3P-302X

For higher voltage applications and expanded control features

When the application requires three-phase power or higher FLA capacity, the Oil Smart® three-phase panel lineup provides the same oil-sensing protection with expanded control capability.

The OSSIM–TP-300X is a three-phase simplex panel for one pump, while the OSD3P-302X is a three-phase duplex panel for two-pump operation. These panels are built for 208/240/480V applications and provide additional dry contact outputs for system monitoring.

Operation on 120V and rated for 16 FLA, the OSS-100 gives contractors a dependable, easy-to-wire solution without the need for a full control panel.
